Two amazing occurences by the same guy and a chance
to win one billion dollars by during the NCAA Basketball tournament. First, he
has filled out a perfect bracket for the first thirty-three games. That is
amazing because there has been so many upsets.
But wait, there is more. The guy didn't enter his
picks into the contest. Here's the zinger...he now wants the contest management
to grandfather him into the contest because he was too busy to stop and enter.
This sounds like an excuse obama would use.
