Well, we have a pretty good idea. So far ignorance has elected you twice, ignorance has driven the national debt to nearly $17 trillion dollars and no end in sight, welfare roles have exploded, race relations have deteriorated, other countries hate us and don't trust the U.S., the economy still sucks, funny math has been applied to feign dropping unemployment rates, consumer confidence is dropping and the crowning ignorant proof is obamacare as proposed by the president and passed by the Senate and House under the leadership of "Dirty Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi.

It's so screwed up even the computers can't decipher the garbage in-garbage out debacle. Oh yes, not only do we know the cost of ignorance, we are governed by it and surrounded by it even in our own neighborhoods.
